She is a leading Auckland-based economist and company director, who was made a Dame Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit in 2015 for services to the State. Dame Paula has extensive professional experience in corporate and public services governance. She is a member of the Clearing, Nominations and Human Resources and Remuneration committees.
