To provide coaching to new players, and an annual timetable that provides competitive games for all players so that they can enjoy playing chess in a convivial atmosphere. To maintain all chess resources, including a chess library, whiteboards, trestle tables, computers and printers, clocks and sets, and repair/replace as necessary. To supply chess related assistance to our local schools, colleges and marae as and when requested.
