Education Scholarships and Grants of $174,377 were awarded to 215 uri for secondary and tertiary pathways including Pou Tina ($5,000 postgraduate), Pou Whenua ($2,500 undergraduate), Poupoutahi ($1,250 joint scholarship with Parininihi ki Waitotara), Pou Wānanga ($500-$1,000 tertiary), and Pou Kōrero ($250 secondary). Te Hononga Grants of $89,500 supported kaupapa promoting connection including whānau reunions, sporting participation and cultural engagements. Ka Uruora contributions of $30,000 for member savings scheme. Total distributions since settlement (since FY2014) have reached $7.7 million.
